The company ADRIMA TIC, S.L. (hereinafter "ADRIMA"), Tax ID (CIF) B39738083, with full legal capacity and personality, incorporated under Spanish law and registered in the Commercial Registry of Cantabria, with registered office at C/Cuesta s/n - Barrio de Pando, 39527 Ruiloba, Cantabria (Spain), is the owner of the adrima.es website.

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website service that ADRIMA makes available to Users on the Internet. Use of the website confers the status of User and implies unreserved acceptance of these conditions in the version published at the time of access.
1. Use of the service
The User undertakes to make diligent use of the website in accordance with the law and this Legal Notice. ADRIMA reserves the right to modify or update this legal notice at any time without prior notice. Access to the website is free of charge, except for the cost of the User's Internet connection.
ADRIMA reserves the right to interrupt access to the website for technical, security or maintenance reasons, without prior notice. ADRIMA does not guarantee the full and continuous availability of the site; its use is carried out at the User's own risk.
Purpose
The purpose of the website is to make known the information and services offered by ADRIMA (AI adoption, technical leadership and related services); its design, presentation, configuration and contents may be modified at any time.
2. Data collection forms
The use of certain services may require the completion of forms. All information provided by the User must be truthful; the User guarantees its authenticity and is responsible for any false or inaccurate information and for any damage it causes ADRIMA.
The User warrants that they are of legal age and that, where acting on behalf of a legal entity, they have sufficient power or authorisation. The User is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
The User undertakes to use the site in accordance with the law and not to: use offensive, defamatory, pornographic, sexist, racist or discriminatory content; cause nuisance through spam; use protected content without authorisation; or engage in unfair-competition practices. The use of mechanisms or scripts that hinder the operation of the site or its infrastructure is prohibited, as is improperly copying or distributing its content or third-party information.
3. Telephone support of the service
Where the service requires direct communication between the User and ADRIMA's professionals, the User is subject to these Terms and Conditions regardless of the channel (analogue telephony, VoIP, etc.). ADRIMA is not responsible for service interruptions arising from the impossibility of establishing telephone contact.
4. Changes to the website's services
ADRIMA reserves the right to modify at any time the services offered on the website and/or to offer services different from those available at the time of registration.
5. Adding links to the website
Anyone introducing links from their pages to the website will link only to the home page. Establishing frames, making false statements about ADRIMA, implying that ADRIMA sponsors the link, or linking to unlawful content or content contrary to the law is prohibited.
6. Industrial and intellectual property
All information on the site (graphic design, images, source code, trademarks, trade names, articles, reports, etc.) is subject to intellectual and industrial property rights of ADRIMA or third parties. Access to the site does not imply any assignment or licence of such rights. Infringement may constitute an offence under the Criminal Code.
7. Liability
ADRIMA shall not be liable for interruptions, delays or errors due to causes beyond its control, to wilful or negligent conduct of the User, or to force majeure (failures of third parties or operators, lack of network access, acts of public authorities, natural phenomena, blackouts, security attacks, etc.), provided that ADRIMA has adopted security measures in line with the state of the art.
ADRIMA assumes no liability for direct or indirect damages, nor for third-party content accessible via links (acting as an intermediary service provider under Art. 17 of Law 34/2002, LSSI-CE). The User shall hold ADRIMA harmless against claims arising from breach of these conditions or infringement of third-party rights.
8. Advertising
Certain parts of the site may host advertising or sponsored content. Advertisers and sponsors are solely responsible for ensuring that such material complies with applicable law.
9. Data protection and privacy
ADRIMA processes the personal data collected through the website confidentially and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

ADRIMA adopts the security levels required by law; nevertheless, security measures on the Internet are not impregnable. This site uses technical, analytics and preference cookies; you can configure or reject them from your browser. Further details are in the Cookie policy and the Privacy policy.
10. Final provisions
These terms and the privacy policy are available to users on the website. If any provision is declared invalid, the rest shall remain in force. The place of performance of the obligations shall be ADRIMA's registered office.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Spanish law applies. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of Santander shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.
12. Consumer and user rights
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, ADRIMA guarantees pre-contractual information, the right of withdrawal (14 calendar days), statutory warranties and the handling of complaints. ADRIMA has complaint forms available under the consumer regulations of Cantabria (info@adrima.es). In the event of a dispute, the consumer may turn to the Municipal Consumer Information Office (OMIC), the Consumer Arbitration System or the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
